Over 20 years of experience operating in predominately port logistics throughout New Zealand, which includes container terminals, rail and truck R&D, and empty container yards. I have a proven success record in setting up new business sites that have generated significant profits through operational efficiencies, management, revitalisation of employee morale, and implementing culture change. I have also built up a wide range of networks with port service providers and  industry associations.
